Our relation with IBM started by the early 1999 when we worked closely with IBM-Egypt to implement demos for many innovative Arabic Voice-Enabled telephony solutions based on their ViaVoice and WebSphere technologies. During the past years, we developed expertise in DirectTalk, WebSphere Servers/ Voice Servers and ViaVoice engines. We annually demo these innovative solutions in coordination with IBM-Dubai in Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX).

We integrate IBM ViaVoice speech recognition engine into our telephony applications and solutions. One of the fruits of this effort is our Personal Dialer application.

Prospect clients are addressed by teams formed of both Information DynamiX and IBM-Egypt staff, in a relation expected to bloom with time.
