Our relation with IBM started by the early 1999 when we worked closely with IBM-Egypt to implement demos for many innovative Arabic Voice-Enabled telephony solutions based on their ViaVoice and WebSphere technologies. During the past years, we developed expertise in DirectTalk, WebSphere Servers/ Voice Servers and ViaVoice engines. We annually demo these innovative solutions in coordination with IBM-Dubai in Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX).
We integrate IBM ViaVoice speech recognition engine into our telephony applications and solutions. One of the fruits of this effort is our Personal Dialer application.
Prospect clients are addressed by teams formed of both Information DynamiX and IBM-Egypt staff, in a relation expected to bloom with time.

SAKHR is one of the major Arabic technology providers. Our relation with SAKHR started since 2001 when we signed a mutual cooperation agreement to introduce Arabic business solutions based on the needs and requirements of both Arabic user and Arabic Language. We have successfully integrated SAKHR Arabic Text To Speech technology into our IDX-IVR system.

RDI is one of the major producers of Multimedia Tools and Applications. Close relations tie us to RDI, basically supported by the long cooperation to deliver solutions to our common customers. One of our major products is our common contract with Islam On Line to convert a group of RDI’s best products to web applications, where users can enjoy the full features of these programs through the IOL web site.
