i-Listen®
is a PC based multi-track digital recorder of telephone
conversations with live monitoring and online listening
facilities.
i-Listen®
server is capable of handling from 4 to 240 channels per server
with high capacity recording limited only by the hard disk space
(with up to 170 hours per 1 GB storage space).
It
also supports archiving with history tracking to virtually reach
unlimited space. All recorded calls are encrypted and accessible
only by the authorized supervisors via the client application.
i-Listen®
client application enables supervisors to monitor the status of
the channels with the ability to listen to the live telephone
conversation.
It
also provides powerful searching tool to find recorded calls by
extension number, trunk number, date-time ...etc.
Once
you reached the call you want, you can display its information or
play it back.
Telephone
users can selectively start / stop recording and monitoring calls
by
entering special sequence of digits that is assigned, per channel,
by the
administrator.
