IDX Voice Dialer
(i-Dial) is a
voice driven telephony application that behaves like your own
secretary.
You
can relay on the i-Dial to reach someone or to deliver a voice
note to him.
You can maintain your own personal phonebook using a web browser.
Then you call the service phone number and enter your ID and PIN
code to login.
The
system asks you whom to call, you pronounce the name naturally,
the system recognizes the name, searches your phonebook and lists
the available phone numbers associated with that name
(@office,
@home or Mobile), you choose the target number, and the system
dials this number and connects you. If the phone number is busy
the system asks for a retry period and the action to take if
reached the other party after that period (You may choose to
deliver a voice note or forward the connected call to you on your
mobile number... etc.)
The
system is based on IBM Via Voice Automatic Speech Recognition
(ASR) and Text To Speech
(TTS) engines and Dialogic Telephony
cards.
The
system starts from 4 analog ports up to 96 analog ports or 8 E1
lines (total of 240 ports) per server. |
